The Crew
aeroalpin crews are top professionals. It goes without saying that pilots who fly for aeroalpin have all the official requirements and qualifications. We rely exclusively on experienced persons for whom safety is not an empty phrase, but a lived reality. The final word on the realisation of flights or possible adjustments to routes and flight altitudes is in the hands of the pilots. Safety instead of monetary temptations, experience instead of monotonous routine.

For charter and sightseeing flights, each passenger must carry a valid identification document. For flights to and from countries that are not part of the Schengen zone, an official identity check is mandatory.
The experience of the Covid-19 crisis has shown that distance and the consistent observance of all necessary hygiene rules are the most important factors in keeping the risk of infection as low as possible. Both measures – distance and hygiene – can be implemented especially when travelling by private aircraft.
Payments can be made by credit card (MasterCard), Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and advance bank transfer.
The latest meeting point for private charter and sightseeing flights is 15 minutes before the agreed departure time. If bulky baggage is registered, we request that the baggage be made available at least 25 minutes before departure.
Dangerous objects – such as weapons, stunning devices, pyrotechnics, radioactive materials, knives and scissors with a blade length of more than 6 cm – may not be carried in the luggage. The general provisions are regulated by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in the Technical Guidelines for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (ICAO T.I.). Information is published on the website of the LBA (German FAA): www.lba.de
Almost all airports severely restrict take-off and landing during the night. Stuttgart is an exception: Pilatus PC-12 NG aircraft are allowed to take off and land around the clock. Night flights are possible in Schwäbisch Hall with increased fees.
A high volume of traffic at the airport, strikes or unfavourable weather conditions can lead to delayed departures. Slot times that expire because passengers do not show up on time or if travel documents are incomplete also result in a new schedule and possibly additional costs.
The free baggage allowance is determined based on the distance of the flight, the number of passengers and the required fuel reserves. Usually, up to eight standard pieces of luggage of 25kg each can be brought on board.
